How far in advance should I book?

I am usually booked about 3 months out at all times. If you know you’ll want an appointment, I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked through my online booking (LINK) system. This allows you to see my availability in real time and select the service that best fits your needs.
Do you keep a cancellation list?

Yes! I have a waitlist for clients with booked appointments only. If you would like to be added to my waitlist simply add “add me to the cancellation list” to the notes section of your appointment request.
Can I book multiple future appointments?

Absolutely. Many guests pre-book their next 1–2 appointments to ensure consistent maintenance and guaranteed availability. This is only necessary if your cut requires more frequent upkeep.
Do you offer Bang trims?

Yes! I offer bang trim appointments for regular existing clients only. If you have gotten a haircut from me within the last 6 months feel free to book a bang trim with me at any time. Keep in mind: Square will not allow you to book these on your own (since they are for existing clients only) so please send a message via square and I will send you available time slots. I recommend reaching out when the length of your bangs is just starting to bother you rather than when they are in your eyes! As it usually takes me about 2 weeks to find a space and time for you. These appointments are 10-15 min, we do just the bangs, and I squeeze them in before my work day or during my breaks!

What should I book as a first-time guest?

Most people should book a one hour haircut session, however if you have an extremely thick, or long head of hair and want to make a big change I strongly suggest booking a 2 hour appointment, at least just for your first session! Reach out if you would like to do so and cant find 2 appointments back to back, I am happy to help you.
What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less notice will be subject to the cancellation fee.
What happens if I no-show?

No-shows will be charged the full cost of your appointment fee.
Can I reschedule online?

Yes — you can reschedule at any time via square, as long as it is done before that 72 hour period.
How long do appointments take?

Haircut appointments will automatically all be 1 hour appointments, unless you book a 2 hour session. All scalp treatment appointments are 2 hour appointments. Bang trims are 10-15 short appointments.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry hair, with little to no product unless otherwise instructed! This will help me give you the best haircut possible, as I will be able to see the true way you hair lives! Bringing inspiration photos is always helpful!
Do you offer consultations?

Yes! I begin every single appointment with a consultation, and I put great value in understanding what your hair goals are. I want to know about your lifestyle, hair type, product routine, styling routine (if any) etc.
How much do your services cost?

Do you require a card on file to book?

Yes! In order to hold an appointment you will need to enter a valid credit card via square, this card is only charged if you cancel/reschedule within 72 hours! You will also need to read and acknowledge the cancellation policy to book!
Do you require deposits?

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

I’ll always recommend professional products tailored specifically to your hair type and goals to maintain your results between visits.
A Note on Availability

Because I book several months in advance, I’m unable to accommodate last-minute appointment requests. If you have a special event (wedding, vacation, photoshoot), please book well ahead of time.
